This has been a very hard
week for the Rafiki family. Some thugs broke into the
orphanage and burnt our school VAN. Thank God the kids
are safe though traumatized. We ask for your prayers.

Special Visitors
Saturday 24/02/07 Rotary
club members of Nairobi North Led by Daya visited our
orphanage and brought snacks to our children. They were
very excited and impressed because of our work. They
visited the farm and they were happy. They promised to
visit us again. What a Mighty God we serve.

Rafiki February Update
February 9, 2007
Dateline: Kikuyu, Nairobi,
Kenya:
The Rafiki Farm is now
producing food and produce, not only for the orphans,
but for income from the orphanage. Project manager
Ezekiel reports the following:
“The chicken has now
started generating revenue, we have collected 2 trays of
eggs so far, we expect to be collecting 15-20 trays
everyday and thus an income of Ksh 2100.00 =$30.00.Milk
will be giving 35 litres everyday,35X20=Ksh 700.00
-$10.00.
We have harvested 6 bags
of beans @3000= Ksh18,000.00 =$257.00. Potatoes -5 bags
Ksh 1,300.00=Ksh 6500.00 -$93.00”
In the near future,
vegetables will go to the market.
